Now in it's fifth season, Tavis Smiley has won four NAACP Image Awards for "Outstanding Television, News, Talk or Information (Series or Special)." The show is a hybrid of news, issues and entertainment, featuring conversations with artists, activists, newsmakers and everyday people.
