Paul Bremer is an expert on crisis management, terrorism and homeland security. Named Presidential Envoy to Iraq in '03, he accomplished his mission last June, when power was handed over to the interim government. He shares his experience in his book, My Year in Iraq. Bremer's foreign service includes serving under six Secretaries of State and as Ambassador to the Netherlands. Bremer is founder of the Lincoln/Douglass Scholarship Foundation, which provides high school scholarships to inner-city youths.
